We were asked to create a major, multi-lingual digital platform to help deliver content and raise the profile of Kantar companies to media and press contacts around the world. We created a responsive site with a user interface that enables users to see the breadth of Kantar’s services but also to be able to access the content and functionality that they required as quickly as possible.
Defining user stories and journeys was key to the success of the site and required in-depth interviews with journalists and clients at the start of the process and user testing with those key user groups towards the end of the process. This enabled us to develop a media rich site which allowed a very small editorial teams to publish high volumes of rich multimedia and interactive content.
Ultimately, our success in delivering this site on time and on budget was a major contributory factor in Kantar’s decision to acquire the agency team.
